Working Principle
The system heats the liquid material through a plate heat exchanger, maintaining it at the required sterilization temperature for a controlled period. After sterilization, the material is cooled through regenerative sections or cooling media to preserve flavor, nutrients, and product stability. The high-efficiency heat exchange design ensures maximum energy conservation.
