Product Details:

The bottle unscrambler is a specialized machine designed to automatically orient and feed disordered polyester (PET) bottles into the production line. Randomly placed bottles are loaded into the storage section and then organized into a consistent, bottle-mouth-up position before being transferred to downstream equipment via an air-conveying system.

This automation greatly improves efficiency, reduces manual handling, and ensures stable, continuous operation of the filling line.

Working Principle

Bottle Loading

  • Disordered PET bottles are carried into the storage hopper (storage bottle section) of the bottle unscrambler.

Rotary Disk Alignment

  • A rotating disk provides pushing force, guiding the bottles toward their correct positions on the disk or pockets.

Turning & Orientation

  • With the help of a turning device and controlled air-flow, incorrectly oriented bottles are flipped and adjusted so that every bottle is aligned with its mouth facing up.

Air Conveyor Transfer

  • Once oriented, the bottles are released into an air-transfer conveying system, which delivers them smoothly to the next process (such as the air conveyor to the rinsing or filling machine).
