Product Details:

System is designed for carbonated drink production using an efficient one-time mixing process. It accurately blends purified water, syrup, and CO₂ gas in a single step, ensuring stable product quality and consistent taste. Suitable for beverage plants with 3–15 t/h flexible production capacity.

Working Principle & Process

One-Time Mixing Process

  • Purified water, syrup, and CO₂ are metered and mixed in one integrated step, reducing process complexity and improving efficiency.

Vacuum Deoxygenation System

  • Before carbonation, the purified water passes through a vacuum deoxygenation system, effectively reducing dissolved oxygen. This improves product stability, extends shelf life, and enhances CO₂ absorption.

High-Precision Gas Mixing (GOB)

  • The system adopts high mixing precision technology (GOB), ensuring the correct ratio between water, syrup, and CO₂. This maintains consistent sweetness, taste, and carbonation level in every batch.
